5. What type of vehicles can i register with Heyycab?

You can register your Hatchback, Sedan, SUV vehicles with respective documents such as RC, Permit and Insurance etc. Our customer support team will verify the documents and confirm the registration within 5 working days.

6. What are the working hours?

You can choose to work in your convenience. We do not have a time limit or duration for you to work us. You can login and start accepting rides round the clock.

7. How can I collect my payment for rides?

We offer flexible payment modes such as Cash, Debit/Credit, Wallets and Online payments. You can choose your preferred payment method also as per convenience of your customers.

1. How to sign up for franchisee? am running a travels business, how can I attach my cars and drivers with Heyycab?

Registering with us takes only few minutes. Download the app, complete sign-up and your all set! You can also submit your request via our website, call us or walk-in to our office and complete your registration.

2. How can I manage my bookings?

Bookings will be received via HeyyCab app installed in your device. Any further support and training on using the app will be provided by the 24 x 7 support team.

3. I have a fleet of cars, how can I list them?

You can call our support team, they will assist you in listing the cars. You have to provide the relevant car documents such as RC, Permit and Insurance etc for each of your car to complete registration.

4. I have a fleet of drivers, how can I list them?

Enroll your drivers as driver partners with us, our support team will require documents such as driving license, address proof, id proof etc to confirm the registration.

5. How can I manage the payment mode?

We have options of multiple flexible payment modes and methods such as cash, online, debit/credit, wallets etc. You can choose as per your preference and also track the payouts real time using our operator app in your mobile and desktop.

6. Will I receive guidance from the support team?
